Ingredients

    Spectrum Expeller Pressed Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Unrefined for Medium Heat, 2 tbsp
    Banana, fresh, 2 medium
    Let's Do Organic...-Unsweetened Coconut-Reduced Fat, 4 tbsp
    Spectrum Expeller Pressed Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Unrefined for Medium Heat, 1 tbsp
    Baker's Unsweetened Baking Chocolate, 2 oz
    Powdered Sugar, .25 cup, unsifted

Directions

Put 1 Tbsp. of coconut oil and bakers chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Melt and stir. Add .25 cup of powdered sugar and stir well. Set chocolate dip aside.

Heat 2 Tbsp. of coconut oil in skillet. Slice banana's lengthwise. Fry banana slices in coconut oil, approximately 2 minutes each side. Remove from skillet, dip in chocolate sauce and then roll in flaked coconut. Place on wax paper. Allow to cool, enjoy!
