Ingredients

    2 cups soy flour
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups pumpkin
    1 cup applesauce
    4 egg whites
    1 tsp baking soda
    3 tsp baking powder

    Cream Cheese Frosting:
    3 oz fat free Cream cheese
    3/4 stick oleo
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp milk
    1 3/4 cup powdered sugar (added gradually)

Directions

Mix ingredients together and spread on Jelly roll pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 350. Cool the bars and frost. Makes 24-2 inch bars.
