Ingredients

4 cups Cold 2% Milk
1 package Jell0 Cheesecake pudding mix
1 package Jello Sugar Free and Fat Free Vanilla pudding mix
1 vanilla pod, split and seeds scraped
1.5 cup whipped heavy cream
4-5 Fresh Blackberries per serving
Directions
Chill metal bowl and whisk.
Combine the pudding mixes in a bowl. Add milk and whisk until pudding is soft set. Add in the vanilla seeds and combine well. Place pudding in the refrigerator.
Add the cold whipping cream to the bowl and whisk. Whisk cream until it is thick and stiff peaks form.
Add the whipped cream and fold into the pudding.
Spoon mousse into pretty dessert dishes. Top with 4-5 Fresh Blackberries.
Serving Size= 1/3 cup
