Introduction

This delicious dish is so easy to prepare and cook! Just cut up your carrots (or if they're baby carrots, just toss them in!) and potatoes and toss them in with the roast! Add your own seasonings! Ingredients

    2-3 lb bottom round roast
    3 medium carrots or a bag of baby carrots
    6 Yukon Gold potatoes (or any potato you like)
    0.5 tsp salt for taste
    Any fresh or dried herbs you'd like to use

Directions

1. Place roast in crockpot on high for 3 hrs. Add seasonings/herbs.
2. Add potatoes and carrots; cook on high for another 3 hours or until meat is tender and potatoes and carrots are soft.

Note: If you want to cook it while you are at work all day (depending on how many hours you work), place roast, potatoes and carrots in at the same time before you leave on low. Will be done by the time you get home.
