    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (6 cup dry),
    Apple juice, unsweetened, 64 fl oz
    Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 1/2 cup
    Wheatgerm, 4 tbsp
    Apples, fresh, 2 medium (2-3/4" dia)
    Pears, fresh, 2 pear, medium
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tbsp
    Lowfat Vanilla Soy Milk, .25 cup

Directions

mix all in crockpot and cook low overnight.
