Ingredients

    3 cups sliced carrots
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cups chopped onion
    12 cups chicken broth
    2 cans red kidney beans rinsed and drained
    2 cans great northern beans rinsed and draines
    1 lb chicken breast cut in small cubes
    12 oz fresh green beans cut in 1/2" pieces
    5 oz whole grain rotini
    2 cups zuchini quartered then sliced in 1/2" pieces
    2 cans diced tomatoes with garlic oregano and basil
    2 cups fresh spinach
    2 tbs oregano
    2 tbs basil
    black and red pepper to taste

Directions

spray large pot with pam add carrots onion and celery cook 5 minutes. add broth, all beans, chicken and seasonings. bring to boil add pasta cook 5 minutes add zuchini and spinach cook 10 minutes add tomatoes heat through.
