Introduction

Ingredients

    *Thai Tom Yum paste, 5 tbsp
    *Japanese Udon noodle, 2 servings (300 grams)
    Chicken stock, home-prepared, 1ltr
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 300 grams diced
    1 cup halved button mushrooms
    *10 cherry tomatoes
    *Capsicum - Red Raw, 100 grams, cut into strips
    Ginger Root, 20 grams
    *Peppers, hot chili, red, fresh, 3 peppers
    Fresh coriander for serving

Directions

heat stock, add ginger, chillies, and diced chicken.
cook till chicken is cooked through
added remaining ingredients and heat through
serve in warmed bowls with the coriander sprinkled on top
