In addition to throwing in 2 tbsp on milled flaxseed, I altered the recipe so that it would only make one serving and my daughter loved it [much moreso than the strawberry banana one I made a few days ago]. - 6/7/09

I used this recipe but changed it up a bit. I used approx. cup of froz pineapple (Trader Joe's ), about 1/4 c. dannon natural vanilla yogurt, 1/2 banana, scoop of vanilla protein powder, approx. Tbsp honey and a big splash of milk. Blended in magic bullet for 15 seconds. Delish (and high in protein) - 3/19/09

This was great! Using the canned pineapple rings was really simple, and the smoothie was really creamy with the milk and yogurt (even though I substituted fat free milk). - 4/29/08

    Incredible!
I found this easy to make in the morning and very satisfying for the crazy sweet tooth that I have. I think next time I'll add some protein powder so that it stays with me a little longer! - 9/12/16
