I used this recipe but changed it up a bit. I used approx. cup of froz pineapple (Trader Joe's ), about 1/4 c. dannon natural vanilla yogurt, 1/2 banana, scoop of vanilla protein powder, approx. Tbsp honey and a big splash of milk. Blended in magic bullet for 15 seconds. Delish (and high in protein) Submitted by:
