Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I found this easy to make in the morning and very satisfying for the crazy sweet tooth that I have. I think next time I'll add some protein powder so that it stays with me a little longer!
I used this recipe but changed it up a bit. I used approx. cup of froz pineapple (Trader Joe's ), about 1/4 c. dannon natural vanilla yogurt, 1/2 banana, scoop of vanilla protein powder, approx. Tbsp honey and a big splash of milk. Blended in magic bullet for 15 seconds. Delish (and high in protein)
This was great! Using the canned pineapple rings was really simple, and the smoothie was really creamy with the milk and yogurt (even though I substituted fat free milk).
