Ingredients
-
* Tofu, soft, 0.25 block
* Strawberries, fresh, .25 cup, sliced
* Banana, fresh, 1 cup, sliced
* Milk, 2%, .25 cup
Directions
Cut Strawberries into quarters (I used 5 Strawberries). Cut the tops off, I don't think you want the leaves in your drink.
Take the banana and just break it off into the blender.
Take a block of "Soft" tofu, cut it in half and put one half in the blender, and the other half in a container of water to store for later use. (Storing it in water will not allow the tofu to go bad.)
Pour 1/4 or 1/2 cup of milk into the mix and turn the blender onto mix for 2 minutes. The reason I say 1/4 to 1/2 of Milk, some people like their shakes thick, and some people do not. I always put variants on my recipes because I always cook for "other" people as well.
