Introduction

This is really good with a nice piece of cornbread. This is really good with a nice piece of cornbread.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs. Chicken Breast (diced)
    2 cans Great Northern Beans (drained & rinsed)
    1 can Garbanzo Beans (drained & rinsed)
    2-3 cups Fat Free low Sodium Chicken Broth
    1 medium to large Onion
    1 small can of Diced Green Chilies (more if you like it hotter)
    1 Tbsp. ground Cumin
    2 Tbsp. dried Parsley
    2-3 tsp. Chili Powder
    1-2 tsp. Garlic Powder
    1/2-1 tsp. Black Pepper



Directions

Put all ingredients in a Crock Pot and cook on High for 6-8 hrs. You can adjust the ingredients and spices to suit your own individual tastes. Makes about 10 generous servings at only 210 cal. a piece.
