chicken breast, fat free ranch dressing Special K cereal
Directions
Sorry about the lack of directions! Thought I posted them.
Take the cereal and crush it as fine as you can. We put ours in a ziplock bag and stepped on it and used a cup to roll on it.
Take dressing and put it in a bowl.
Cut chicken into 2 inch strips.
Dip chicken into dressing then shake in zip lock bag until covered with cereal. We also added a pinch of garlic powder.
Bake on a baking sheet at 400 for 10 minutes then turn and bake another 10 until golden brown.
