Ingredients

    1 lb Venison - cut into bit size chunks
    1 cup Onion, chopped
    1 tbls Extra Light Olive Oil
    garlic powder
    celery salt
    black pepper
    ground basil
    salt
    4 med. Red Potatoes, cut into bit size chunks
    1 cup Baby Carrots, cut in half
    1 (15 oz) can Diced Tomatoes
    2 cans water
    2 cups Green Beans, frozen
    2 cups Beef Broth (100 % fat free)
    2 bay leaf

Directions

Brown venison, onions & seasonings in oil. Add remaining ingredients and cook until vegetables are tender (about 30 minutes). Serving size about 1 cup.
