Introduction
Brown Turkey, drain blot with paper towel.Cook Brown Rice
Saute Onions and Peppers,
Mix Turkey, rice, onions and peppers together
Parboil Cabbage leaves. (do not boil or overcook)
Take cabbage leaf, add meat mixture approx. 2 Tbsp depending on size of the leaf. Roll up and place in casserole dish. Pour tomato sauce over cabbage rolls and heat in 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly.
Great for Weight Watchers points plus Brown Turkey, drain blot with paper towel.
