Ingredients

    1 6oz. tilapia fillet
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    1/4 cup parmesean cheese
    1/8 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions

Spread mustard on one side of fish. Mix cheese and nuts and coat fish. Bake at 400 until done.
