Ingredients

    Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Cumin seed, 0.75 tsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    Onion powder, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    Paprika, 0.50 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and store in airtight container.

For 1 lb. ground meat, use 3 tbs. of seasoning with 1/2 tbs of flour and 2/3 cup water.
