Ingredients

Chicken Breast, 24 ounces, cut into strips
Trader Joe's Organic Whole Wheat Fettuccini, 8 cup (1 bag)
Olive Oil, .25 cup
Zucchini, 2 medium, shredded
Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, slices
Frozen Bell Pepper Strips, 2 cup
flour, Wondra, 2 tbsp
*McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning, 1/4 cup
Red Wine, frozen ice cube (2 oz)
Parmesan cheese, grated .5 cups
Salt free Cajun seasoning 1 tbs
Directions
Put a pot of salted water to boil
Slice chicken and mushrooms
Mix chicken, steak and cajun seasoning, and 2 tbs olive oil in a bowl and set aside
Put pasta into boiling water
Saute mushrooms in a dry pan on high heat until cooked, then add 2 tbs olive oil, chicken, and frozen bell pepper strips
Add wondra flour to chicken and thicken with pasta water
Add pasta, red wine ice cube, and shredded zucchini to chicken and mix well, and top with parmesan cheese
