Ingredients

    24 oz chicken (or chicken breasts)
    1 package frozen broccoli
    2 cups stuffing mix
    1 cup cheddar cheese
    1 can Cream of chicken soup, 98% fat free
    1 cup milk

Directions

Steam broccoli for ten minutes and place in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Top with chicken. Mix soup, cheese, and milk together and pour over the top. Sprinkle with stuffing or bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
