Introduction

Ingredients

    Quaker Oats 1 cup
    Semolina (roasted) 1 cup
    Water apprx 1 1/2 cups(Just to make thick batter)
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper ground
    Any Diced veggies like cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion, Paneer, etc
    Green chillies (optional)

Directions

Mix oats and semolina in water to make a thick batter. keep it aside for 10min.
Dice all vegetables along with chillies.
Check semolina batter if more water is required and put salt with black pepper.
Put on hot tava and spread like uttapam and spread all vegetables on top of it. Let it sit for sometime
Sim the gas and change the side of uttapam.
After other side is also cooked. take it out of the pan as it is ready.
