Ingredients

    2 cups plain fat-free yogurt or sugar-free fat-free vanilla yogurt
    2 ripe bananas
    1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
    2 tsp brown sugar or other sweetener (optional if using sweetened yogurt)

Directions

Makes approximately 16 1/4-cup freezer pops.

1. Place yogurt, bananas and strawberries into blender, and blend until smooth.

2. Taste smoothie and blend in sweetener as desired.

3. Pour into 1/4 cup freezer pop molds.

4. Freeze at least 3 hours or over night.
