Ingredients

    12 canned Artichoke Heart, quartered
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 large red pepper slivered
    1 large yellow pepper slivered
    1 cup chopped red onions,
    1 big bunch fresh Spinach, de-stemmed, rinsed well, blanched and chopped
    16 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
    1 cup Celery, diced
    1 cup, chopped Carrots
    2 dry servings Spaghetti - Tesco wholewheat, cooked al dente
    ¼ C Feta Cheese, crumbled
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    3T Red Wine Vinegar
    1 clove Garlic
    Cavender's Greek Seasoning to taste
    oregano

Directions

Cook Steak to taste.

Slice into five even servings and divide among the bowls.

Combine next 9 ingredients and scallions in a very large mixing bowl.

Top with olive oil, vinegar, seasonings and crumbled feta.

Divide evenly among the bowls.

Toss and allow flavors to mingle overnight.

Serve cool or at room temp.
