Ingredients

    I can pink salmon
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1 medium egg
    6 saltine crackers crushed
    2 tbs olive oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Make into patties and put into teflon frying pan with the olive oil. Fry until browned.
