Ingredients

    1 butternut squash-peeled, cooked and mashed
    1/4 cup oil
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup flour
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup soy milk
    pinch of salt
    Topping:
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. oil
    cinnamon
    2oz. crushed candied pecans

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a pie crust or graham cracker crust. Mix topping ingredients and crumble on top.
Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes. 8 servings
