Introduction

Low carb, low fat, low calorie, super easy and even the kids eat it. Can be made in a frying pan after marinading in the fridge, or in the crock pot on low for 6-8 hours. Ingredients

    juice of 2 limes
    1/3 cup dijon mustard
    1 cup salsa
    1 lb chicken breast, tenders, strips etc.

Directions

Mix, marinate 30 minutes. Remove chicken to frying pan and brown. Take chicken out when cooked. Add remaining marinade and cook through until bubbly. Serve with sour cream, chopped cilantro, and lime wedges if you want.
