REALLY amazing vegan brownie recipe. All the measurements were just perfect, and they came out yummy and gooey. Ingredients

1 cup flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder (I used Nestle unsweetened)
1 TB ground flaxseed
1/4 t salt
1/2 t baking powder
1/3 c canola oil
1/3 c So Delicious coconut milk or soymilk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the milk and canola oil together in a large bowl. Add all the other ingredients and mix well, but don't overmix. Divide evenly into 10 cupcake liners sprayed with non-stick spray and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the biggest one comes out clean.
