    4 stalks celery chopped
    2 med onino chopped

    2 cup broccoli
    2 cup cauliflower
    2 cup asparagus
    1 tsp coarse salt
    1 tsp curry powder
    1 tsp herbamere seasoning
    2 bay leaves
    20 gm feta cheese per serving
    1 tblsp toasted almonds per serving
    1 tblsp chopped scallions(green onions) per serving
    sprinkle cayene


saute onion and celery in small amt chicken stock I use homemade no salt. when soft add all liquid vegetables and spices. Simmer on medium for 1 hour. Remove bay leaves and puree. Heat spoon into bowls top with crumbled feta, almonds scallions and cayenne pepper. Soup has 66 cal per serving and 106 for cheese and almonds. 172 total
