Splenda, 3 tsp ( approx 3 packets)
Kellogg's Rice Krispies Cereal, 1.1/2 cups
Jello Sugar-Free Chocolate Pudding Small Box, 1.5 oz
Milk, nonfat, 2 cups
Cool Whip Free, 1 cup
Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Butter, 4 tbsp
Bananas, 2
Directions
Microwave Peanut Butter 10 seconds on High. Stir sweetener and Rice Crispys with Peanut Butter, mixing well.
Spray 10' pie pan with Cooking spray. Pat Peanut Butter mixture evenly on bottom and sides to make "crust." Set aside.
Mix Chocolate pudding mix according to box directions using nonfat milk for pie filling.
Slice Bananas and arrange slices evenly over crust.
Pour Pudding over Bananas and crust and chill until firm.
Prior to serving, cover pudding with Cool Whip.
