    6-8 pieces boneless skinless chicken
    cup skim milk
    1 tsp poultry seasoning
    1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp onion powder
    1 Tbsp garlic powder
    2 tsp ground black pepper
    2 tsp ground red pepper


Two and a half hours before meal time: Mix of poultry seasoning into milk, combine all other dry ingredients in large ziploc bag. Dip chicken into milk, shake off excess, add to ingredients in bag, shake to coat. Refrigerate one hour.

One and a half hours before meal time: Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray. Evenly space chicken in dish. Cover with aluminum foil, bake 40 minutes. Remove foil, bake additional 30 minutes.

    I love chicken and I'm always on the lookout for new ways to make chicken. This recipe was easy to prepare and my family loved it. I did use paprika instead of red pepper and it came out delicious! I encourage others to try this. - 1/7/19
