Introduction

Ingredients

    1 yellow cake mix
    1 egg white
    2 TBSP mini Chocolate chips
    2 mashed ripe bananas
    8 oz Ginger ale - diet

Directions

Mix all together and put into 18 cupcake liners.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven
I do not frost and they freeze great.
