Introduction

Ingredients

4T Butter
1 1/2 Packages whole wheat egg noodles
1/2 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
3 stalks celery chopped
1c milk
1c broth
2 cans of tuna in water, drained
1c frozen peas, thawed
3T panko bread crumbs
10 seasoned croutons, crushed
Directions
Boil water and cook noodles for directed time.
Melt 1T butter. Add onion, celery and garlic. Cook until tender.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Remove onion/ celery mixture & set aside.
Melt 3T butter. Add flour & mix until well combined.
Slowly add milk & broth, stirring constantly. Stir on med heat until thick. Stir in sauteed veggies, peas and noodles. Pour half of mixture into large casserole dish. Put half of cheese on top. Pour remaining half in as well. Top with remaining cheese, bread crumbs and croutons. Bake for 25 min.
