Ingredients
-
1.Bittersweet chocolate - 4oz (chopped)
2.Unsalted butter - 3tbsp (cut in pieces)
3. Granulated calorie free sweetner - 1/2 cup
4. Egg - 2
5. Salt - just a pinch
6. Vanilla extract - 1tsp
All purpose flour - 1.5tbsp
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 350F
2. Put the coarsely chopped chocolates and butter in a microwave safe bowl for 2mins, take it out at 1min and mix them well and put it back in for another minute - blend it with spatula until smooth, keep it aside
3. In another bowl add ingredients 3 through 6 from the list and beat it with a handheld mixer for just about 2mins. Then pour the melted chocolate to the mix - - give it a slight whisk and then fold the flour to the mix.
4. Grease a square baking pan and scrape the batter on to it, and bake for 20-25mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
5. Cool the brownies, so you can cut them easily...seriously give it at least 10-15mins :)
Notes:
Since I had no other baking pan smaller than 8in, I used that and got about 16 yields (about a inch in thickness)
I used nestle toll house bittersweet chocolate 62% cocoa
