Ingredients

    shrimp
    bell pepers
    onions
    garlic
    garlic salt
    black pepper
    olive oil
    light vegetable oil spread

Directions

in frying pan add1 tbsp olive oil. Simmer. add veggies:
half bell peper
quarter onion
add 2 tbsp of vegetable spread, salt to taste then add
12 oz bag of shrimp
add more spices and herbs to taste.
