This simple tuna salad is a favorite for my neice, Summer. No cook, 5 minutes to prep, and calorie conscious to boot! Can be enjoyed alone, on crackers, whole wheatpita bread, or on a celery stick! Ingredients

    2 cans Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore in Water, drained
    2 Tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
    2 Tbsp *Hidden Valley Light Ranch
    1 Dash of Tabasco Sauce
    1 Small Dash of Soy Sauce
    1 Dash of Garlic Powder
    Salt & Pepper to taste

    1Tbsp Onion, minced (optional, of course)

Directions

Super simple! Just drain tuna, mix all ingredients well in a medium bowl, and chill if preferred, or serve right away! Makes 4- 2 Tbsp Servings; enough to cover or fill your favorite sandwich or pita bread!
