Ingredients

*HEB Oven Ready Lasagna Noodles, 7 oz
Egg, fresh, 2 large
*Ricotta, part skim, Lucerne, 1.75 cup
*cheese, mozarella part skim, 12 serving
*Tastefully Simple - Garlic Garlic, 1.5 tsp
*Prego Heart Smart - Traditional, 6 cup
*Bell Peppers (sweet red), 1 cup
*Ground Sirloin (90%Lean - 10%Fat) (4oz), 4 serving
Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped
Zuchinni, 1 C diced
Directions
Brown beef wih garlic, diced bell peppers and onion. Add diced zuchinni at the end of the browning - drain any fat - set meat mixture aside.
Shred Mozarella cheese - set aside.
In mixing bowl combine ricotta cheese, eggs, and chives - set aside.
Prepare crockpot by spraying with Pam cooking spray - plug in and warm up while prepping.
Pour approximately 1C Prego sauce in bottom of crock pot.
Layer noodles (single layer) to cover pot, 1/2 of ricotta mixture, 1/2 of meat mixture, 1C sauce and 1/3 of shredded mozarella. Begin second layer, noodles, ricotta, meat, sauce, shredded cheese. Third layer is noodles, remainder of sauce, remainder of shredded cheese.
Set crockpot on high and cook for approx. 4 hours or until done :)
