Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
    2 (10.25 oz) cans 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    1 (10.25 oz) can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    1 box of chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni

Directions

1. Combine soups in crockpot and mix well.
2. Add chicken to crockpot.
3. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
4. Cook Rice-A-Roni according to package directions, approximately 30 minutes prior to eating.
5. Serve the chicken and gravy over the rice.

Serves 6 (WW pts per serving:4)

Note: The great thing about the crockpot is that you could easily double this recipe for a larger family/crowd!
