Ingredients

    1/2 c nonfat greek yogurt
    2 anchovy fillets, mashed
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbs fresh lemo juice
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbs EVOO (I used garlic infused oil)
    1/4 C freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
    Freshly ground salt & pepper
    1 lg head romaine letteuce, torn into bite sized pieces

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk the yogurt with the anchovies, garlic, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk in the oil and 1/2 of the cheese, season with salt & pepper.
In a large salad bowl toss the romaine with 1/2 of the dressing and remaining cheese. Serve, passing the remaining dressing at the table.

    This looks WONDERMOST! thanks for sharing, KARIN! Will need to see how to lower the Sodium for my HUGS! NOT the anchovies, tho, they have to stay! - 2/27/11
