Ingredients

    Wild & Brown Rice mix - 1.5 cups
    Fresh mushrooms - 1.5 cups chopped
    Celery , 3 stalks - chopped
    Chicken broth or bouillon - 3.5 cups
    Canola oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

Saute celery and mushrooms in canola.
Add broth and rice mix.
Bring to boil.
Simmer at low heat for 25-40 mins - until done.
