Ingredients

    1 Cup Baking Mix
    1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
    1/4 cup Yellow Cornmeal
    1 tsp sea salt
    1 can creamed corn
    1/2 cup milk
    2 T butter
    1 egg

Directions

Preheat Oven to 425F

Grease baking dish.

Combine dry ingredients. Mix in wet ingredients. Pour into pan and bake about 20 min until lightly golden.

Cut into 16 pieces (quarters both ways).
