    two or three stalks of kale - remove stems
    1 cup soy milk
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/2 pear chopped
    1 banana
    1 tbsp honey

Directions

Blend kale leaves, soy milk and orange juice.
Add pear, banana and honey. Blend until smooth.
