Ingredients

    *Hamburger Meat, Extra Lean, 96/4, 16 oz
    *Yellow Onion, Fresh (1 lg), .5 serving
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
    Peas, frozen, 1 cup
    Mashed Potatoes, 4 cup
    *Heinz Ketchup, .5 cup
    *French's Classic Yellow Mustard, 4 oz

Directions

Brown hamburger and onions. Add celery, carrots, corn, peas. Stir in ketchup and mustard. Put in casserole dish. Cover with mashed potatoes. Bake 350 degrees until heated through (approx 45 minutes). Serves 8.
