9 Catelli Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat lasagna noodles
1 700ml jar Catelli Garden Select Garlic & Onion pasta sauce
1 pkg (roughly 1 lb.) extra-lean ground turkey
1 cup shredded Kraft Cracker Barrel Light Medium Cheddar
1 500g container Nordica fat-free cottage cheese
1 cup President's Choice 100% Grated Parmesan cheese
2 large eggs
1-1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*F.
Brown 1 pkg. (about a pound) of extra-lean ground turkey in a pan; drain. Add 1 jar of pasta sauce and the water and stir, then turn to low and simmer for ten minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and eggs, and half of the shredded cheddar.
Take 1/4 pasta sauce mixture and spread across the bottom of hte lasagna pan. Place three lasagna noodles into the pan and cover with another 1/4 of the pasta sauce followed by half the cheese mixture. Repeat with another layer of three lasagna noodles, 1/4 sauce, and the remaining cheese mixture. Lay one more layer of 3 noodles, remaining sauce, and top with the remainder of the shredded cheese. Cover pan with foil and bake in oven for 50 minutes.
Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbly. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
