Introduction

This recipe is per basa fillet. It is a lovely, light dish and the calories are actually slightly overestimated as the majority of the butter/margerine is not eaten. This dish is very low in fat and carbs and high in protein.

Ingredients

Basa Fillet (I use frozen, if using fresh, adjust cooking time accordingly)
    1 tsp margerine
    2 tsp Lemon Juice
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Take a fillet of basa and lay in on some aluminium foil.

Directions

Recipe is per fillet

Take a fillet of basa and lay in on some aluminium foil. Season the fish with sea salt and black pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice and top with the margerine. Wrap the fish in the foil and twist the top to seal. Bake in oven at 200c for 25 minutes if frozen, less if it is fresh. When cooked, serve the basa and sprinkle with two tablespoons of the sauce that remains in the foil parcel. This tastes great with plain wholewheat spaghetti or potatoes and vegetables.

    Very Good
Make sure to not put your oven on 200F. Should make that clearer. Just wasted my Basa. - 11/30/14
