Ingredients

    1/2 cup rice vinegar
    1 Tbls. Soy sauce
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup sliced almonds
    1 pkg. Ramen noodles dry
    14 oz bag Dole slaw

Directions

Crumble noodles into small pieces and toast almonds in oven or frying pan
Blend sugar, vinegar, oil,and soy sauce
Pour over shredded cabbage and mix well
Add almonds and noodles, mix well
Add breaded cooked chicken strips if desired

    I like this. My bag of coleslaw was 16 oz and it made 7 servings of 1 cup each. I also added roasted sesame seeds. - 1/22/15
