Whole roasted boneless chicken with a seasoned rice, turkey, onion, & garlic stuffing. Whole roasted boneless chicken with a seasoned rice, turkey, onion, & garlic stuffing.
Number of Servings: 8


    5 cups cooked white rice
    1 lbs ground turkey
    4-5 lbs whole chicken
    1 cup onion sliced
    2 tbls minced garlic
    2 tbls butter
    2 lrg eggs
    2 tsp ground thyme
    1 tbls basil
    1 tbls oregano
    1 tbls rosemary
    2 tbls garlic powder
    1 dash pepper
    2 dashs salt Or to taste


The hardest part will be boning the chicken. You start by cutting the chicken down the back and cut and peal down till you get to the breast bone. "try not to cut the skin" Set the chicken aside..
In a skillet melt the butter ad the turkey burger, onions, garlic cooking till the turkey is cooked about half through. Then ad the basil, oregano, garlic power, pepper, 1/2 the salt, thyme, & rosemary. Then allow to cool slightly.
Add the warm rice to the burger, onion, & garlic mix. Then add the 2 eggs and mix well again.
Add the suffing to the inside of the boned chicken. then use a piece of butches twice and a darning needle to sow up the chicken to add the rice into the cavety. Compleatly sow up the chicken.
Place in a oven safe cooking dish. back at 400 degrees for about 80 mins or till 160 degrees is meet. "in the center of the stuffing"

This will make about 8 servings with 6ozs chicken and 3/4 cup rice stuffing per serving.
