    * Banana, fresh, 1.7 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, .25 cup (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, .125 cup, packed (remove)
    * *Pumpkin Pie spice, .25 tsp (remove)
    * Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp (remove)
    * Lemon juice, .75 tbsp (remove)


Puree the banana and lemon juice together. Put in a heavy duty saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the sugars and spices. Simmer on low heat for 15-30 minutes, until it thickens. Remove from heat and let stand for about 5 minutes. Refrigerate.

Makes about 18 1/2 Tbsp servings. It is very sweet so a little goes a long way!
