Introduction

Guilt- free vegan chocolate pancakes. Guilt- free vegan chocolate pancakes.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup flour.
    2 packets Splenda.
    1 TBS baking powder.
    1/16 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup water. (a little more, if needed.)
    1 TBS applesauce (or vegetable oil.)
    1 tsp cocoa
    1 packet Splenda

Directions

In a mixing bowl, mix flour, 2 Splenda packets, baking powder, and salt.
With an electric mixer or wire whisk, mix in the water and oil (or sauce) until well mixed.
In a small bowl, mix together 1 packet splenda and cocoa.
Pour into pancake mixture and mix until blended.
Make each pancake about 1/4 cup in size.
Cook.
Makes 4 pancake.
