Introduction

I am still working out the kinks/proportions to this, but it is darn good. I use it over omelets mostly, but you could use it over toasted bread or in pasta. Yum. Ingredients

    2/3 can quartered artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
    1/4 C Shredded Parmesan cheese
    2 T Olive oil
    Juice of 1/2 a lemon
    1 garlic clove
    Crushed red pepper (start with a tsp and add more as needed)
    salt to taste

Directions

I put all the ingredient in my Magic Bullet and pulse until a paste has formed. I am sure you could use a small blender, food processor, or chopper with similar results.
