Introduction

I adapted this recipe to fit my No Sugar, Natural Lifestyle I adapted this recipe to fit my No Sugar, Natural Lifestyle

Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Dry:

    1.5 C whole wheat flour
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking soda

    Wet:

    1 C canned pumpkin
    1/2 C raisins
    1/4 C nonfat Greek yogurt
    1/4 C unsweetened applesauce
    2 egg whites (this is equal to 1/3 C liquid egg whites from a carton)

Directions

mix all dry ingredients in 1 bowl, and wet ingredients in a seperate bowl, combine until mixed well. spray muffin pan (can also be made as a bread- bake time approx 75 mins for bread) add to muffin pans and bake 25 mins for reg muffins 40 mins for jumbo, until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
(nutrition info calculated for 6 jumbo muffins, just divide in half for regular size)
