Ingredients

Ground Bison 90/10 (16 oz)
93% lean ground turkey, 16 oz
Diced Tomato, No Salt Added, 15oz can
baby carrots, about 10 carrots
Zucchini, 1 1/2-2 cup, diced
Bragg Liquid Aminos All Purpose Seasoning (2 tsp)
Pompeian OlivExtra-Canola & EVOO, 1 tbsp
Onion, 1/2 cup chopped
Oats, 1/3 cup
ground flaxseed, 1/3 cup
Egg, 4 large
Franks Red Hot Original
tomato sauce, No Salt Sdded, 1/4 cup
Directions
saute in a pan the olive oil, zucchini, onion, and carrots. Set aside to cool.
Mix the ground bison, turkey, Braggs, eggs, oats, flaxseed, and can of diced tomatoes.
When veggie mix has cooled, add it to the meat mixture.
Fill the mini loaf pan (should have 8 slots) just to top level.
Sprinkle some tomato sauce and franks red hot on top of each loaf.
(You should be able to do two pans to make 16 servings.)
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 mins.
