Ingredients

    * Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz (remove)
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces (remove)
    * Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 0.25 cup (remove)
    * Lactaid Fat Free Milk, 0.13 cup (remove)
    * Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.50 cup (remove)

Directions

Pound chicken flat. Dip into egg/milk mixture, and then into bread crumbs. Heat olive oil in large pan over medium heat. Cook chicken 3-5 minutes per side until cooked through and golden brown. Put on baking sheet coated with cooking spray, top with sauce, parmesan, and mozzarella. Broil until cheese melts and begins to brown.
